What should i do to get rid of my scars? HELP?!?

Plz help me!! I try using everything like using Coco butter that fades but not good results from what i see and i tried using coco butter that makes my skin smooth but how do i get rid of it because i always wear my jacket so nobody can see my scar :( So if you tell me what product i can use in the UK i'll buy it so Thank you for your appreciation :)
