It depends on the type of cream and razor you're using. If you're using the cheapest stuff on the shelf, odds are you're going to keep getting cut. Most of the razors for women are designed with guards that keep the razor from going too deep into your skin and helping to shave more smoothly. You can also try a cream or a gel for sensitive skin. If neither one of those work, try using a hair-removing cream such as Nair that doesn't involve the use of a razor at all.
