How long will it take for my scars to heal if.....?

i have scars on my legs and arms, (used to cut myself. I was stupid back then!) .. anyway!, i just started using coco butter formula stuff. or whatever its called lol... but, how long do you think it will take for my scars to be barely visible?. or gone?
