IRS took money out of my bank. How to get it back?

Money was taken from my bank. I had taxes to pay for my employees during the years i had a business. The thing is, i had a 2003 / 2004 payment giving several grand that the irs office said they didnt have recorded. They recently took that sum that hasn't been paid ( which really has ) out of my bank recently. Would it be possible to get back the levy they have on my bank by heading down to the office and showing photographic proof of my payments during those years that are unrecorded?
